The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has just <a href=\"https:\/\/columbiagradunion.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/20151223-NLRB-Granting-Request-for-Review.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">granted review of our petition to win formal recognition of GWC-UAW<\/a>. This means that the Board&#8217;s top arm in Washington, DC, is now considering two cases, ours and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sensuaw.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">SENS-UAW<\/a> petition at The New School, and could restore our right to collective bargaining as soon as this spring. Combined with our <a href=\"https:\/\/columbiagradunion.org\/community-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">great event on December 4 and outpouring of community support<\/a>, we go into winter break on a high note and will keep you informed of any new developments.
