As the University intensifies its last-minute, heavy-handed efforts to convince us to vote no, we are proud to announce that United States Senator Bernie Sanders has sent Columbia RAs and TAs a personal message of hope that we vote “yes” in our historic election.
It is encouraging to know that Bernie is on our side. Unlike our administrators, who are afraid of a more democratic university, Bernie clearly understands the virtues of collective bargaining as a democratic and fair process.
