We have been notified that the tentative agreement document contained a drafting error and is now corrected to accurately reflect the agreement between the Union and the University. The correction has been made to the Compensation Article to reflect the understanding of both parties regarding percentage increases to minimum total support of PhD workers beyond their guaranteed years of funding in year one of the contract (they were inadvertently listed in the Section referring to Masters and undergraduate workers). In addition, we received the confirmation from the University that student workers “above the minimum will get the same percentage raise as those at the minimum.”
